New “Upward.org” is more user- and mobile-friendly
Spartanburg - June 16, 2014 - Upward Sports is excited to announce the launch of its newly retooled and redesigned website, Upward.org.
In addition to visual and design updates, the new Upward.org features an interface that is more friendly for users regardless of device – desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The vision behind the redesign was to create a more efficient and effective experience for all consumers and ministry partners, including athletes, parents, coaches, and affiliates.
Upward.org serves as a showcase for the 360 Progression, Upward Sports’ uniquely-designed athletic experience that aims to develop total athletes mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially. The tools, resources, and content available on the site have been built out to help all users better understand the heart behind all that Upward Sports does; how to identify and get involved in the most appropriate program for each athlete; and what it looks like to be a partner or participant.
“We are always looking for ever-changing ways to share a never-changing message,” said Caz McCaslin, founder and president of Upward Sports. “The new website is such an exciting step – it is modern and relevant, and will really help us and our ministry partners continue to promote the discovery of Jesus through sports.”
The website serves as a great source for staying connected on all that is going on in the world of youth sports. Among the enhanced features of the new Upward.org is an expanded Blog section that will include a monthly post from McCaslin addressing a variety of issues and topics in athletics, leadership, faith, and evangelism. Other blog items will conclude press releases, relevant articles, and partner stories.
Upward.org receives over 1 million hits each year, and its resources help over 400,000 young athletes discover, learn about, and register for over 4,500 leagues, camps, clinics, academies, and club programs.
